I had five projects to choose from today – and I left them all at the office and forgot to take pictures. I wanted to set up the room for tomorrow’s workshop early, so I took extra sample projects with me. But even though I don’t have pictures of projects to show you, I do have news!
From October 1, 2011 – January 3, 2012, you’ll be able to purchase these adorable cookie stamps! You’ll get 3 stamps (suitable for fall, Christmas and Valentine’s Day), a solid wood handle, two cookie recipes (or you can use your favorite shortbread recipe) and some tips for use. Just imagine how much fun it would be to open a decorated gift box and find hand-stamped homemade cookies!

I’ll post all the details toward the end of September. And who knows? Maybe I can talk one of the boys into baking cookies so I can stamp on them. They’re better bakers than I am, and Wesley, at least, is more patient. He actually waits for the cookies to cool a bit before he tries to scrape them off the cookie sheet, so his are round and pretty while mine are scrunched up like a little shar-pei puppy.
